AD Syringe Production Line

I. Plastic injection machine

●This machine is widely used for injection of PP PE PET PVC, etc.

●Injection Part—Double guide-pole supporting, double-cylinder balanced injection, varied specification screw rods and material tubes, large-torque hydraulic motor, adjustable multi-step injection pressure force and speed control as well as adjustable back pressure can guarantee various plastic to be injected and shaped.

●Valve plate part—The hydraulic system adopts pressure-flow double-scaling to control oil channels. It is used international famous brand hydraulic elements and accompanied with reasonable oil lines to ensure the machine running smoothly and steadily as well as saving energy.

●The injection-advancing part—The double injection-advancing hydro-cylinders guarantee the injection process is steady and smooth and no deformation for fixed mould board.

●Distribution box—It is used reliable and high-precision plastic machine specially using computer made by international famous manufacturers, which owns high anti-interference performance and accurate parameter device. And equipped with optimization designed electric circuit and imported electric elements which is working stably and convenience to operate.

●The first board part—High inflexibility cabinet-type mould board.

●The part of cylinder under the second board—The movable mould board is hydraulic self-adapt supporting, protect draw-bar and prolong the using life. At the same time, it can keep the mould locking action smooth and steady ,and keep the precision for a long time.

●Mould adjusting part—Double mould adjusting motors, guarantee the action of mould steady and smooth.

 III. Syringe Assembly Machine

The syringes with various volume of 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 20, 30, 50, 60ml and many kinds of syringes such as popular type, screw thread, twinset, leaning needle .etc., are all could be assembled with this machine.

The machine is using microcomputer to control and adopting frequency velocity modulation.

The shell of the machine’s centrifuge feeder is made of stainless steel.

This machine is of low power consumption and detected by photo-electric.

This machine can stop automatically without material and the speed of assembly is high.

IV. Automatic Needle Assembly machine

Semiautomatic pinpoint assembly machine

This machine is applicable to independent assembly of pinpoint with diameter ranging from 0.45 to 1.36.
The average assembly rate is six times faster than handwork. The machine decreases the cost and space of production greatly and improves the utilization rate of the workshops.
One-time molding and suitable for mass production
Easy to produce various products just by changing the working position.
The machine is made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy, thus ensure the clean and bacterium-free products.
Adopt programming controller imported from Omron, and pneumatic components from SMC. Working well for a long time without any malfunction.
Silicone oil cooling technique is applied.
Protection cap automatically covered. Special device designed for not-contact with the pinpoint.
Semiautomatic method can coat the silicone oil and clean out the residual silicone oil in the pin hole automatically. Thus there will not any oil blockage even in the very small pinpoint.
The amount of glue can be adjusted conveniently so as to produce the qualified products.
Te drying device, temperature and time can be adjusted so as to produce the qualified products.

V. Syringe tube printing machine

VI. Blister packing machine

This equipment is used mainly for packing one-off medical products such as syringe needle, injector, infusion set etc., it can be used for packing gauze and bandage etc., in the dressing industry and for food packing in the food industry.

The equipment is suitable for paper-plastic compound packing, as well as for plastic-plastic compound packing. PP/PE compound film, nylon film and PVC film can be used as the underneath packing material in the equipment. The most parts of the equipment are made of aluminum or stainless steel, so there is no any second-time pollution.

The machine is equipped with an air inlet and vacuum pump made by Germany Bosch, featuring low noise and without oil-smoke pollution.

If a flexible printer is connected to the machine, direct printing of picture and character can be carry out on the packing machine. (White paper can be used as packing paper.) So as to save the printing cost of the packing paper and improve the production flexibility.

Optional Parts or Accessories:

1.The machine is supplied together with 10 knives for longitudinal cutting. If small width product is  produced, the customers can order at extra cost.

2.The machine is supplied with a set of die(including a set of printing character and a piece of printing bottom). If the customer needs additional die, it will be ordered at extra cost.

3.Color scale measuring mechanism is not a standard accessory. If aligning-die print packing is need with preprinted paper, it will be ordered at extra cost.
